Tact

Tact is the way you communicate your message to others. being Tactful is about how you say things that either motivate people or demoralize them.  Tact is a major feature that good leaders need to have. With out the ability to motivate your employees, there is no way you can effectively manage them. tact is present in every effective leader. The ability to get things done is very hard without tact.

Tact is present among all leaders. The things they say motivate their audience into following them. It can change the way people think about a certain subject, completely changing there mind. There are no effective speaker’s or leaders who do not have tact. Motivating people to follow you cannot be achieved without tact. From working late at the office to motivating soldiers tact is present everywhere in between.
