Emotional Stability

Emotional stability is always present in the workplace. You need to keep a calm head when problems arise. One example of this is at my job when customers start to get angry with me about the wait time. The worst thing possible to do is to react to anger with more anger. This will surely make the problem worse. Rather than replying to their anger with your own, you should instead kill them with kindness. The kinder you are, the more they are digging themselves into a hole. Losing your temper will only escalate the situation, while if you are being kind and explain your points calmly and concisely can only help the situation.
